Hello December - PLxSU

If you're a scrapbooker, you may have heard of 'December Daily®' - a mini-album project created by Ali Edwards that documents the days in December leading up to Christmas with the goal of capturing the spirit of the season by recording one story each day.

With the Hello December Project Life Card Collection, you'll find all the cards you'd need to get started. The set includes 71 cards in 2 sizes: 3" x 4" and 4" x 6". There's a coordinating Accessory Pack too with stickers, sequins, washi tape and more. Both these items are included in the Year-End Sale too!

Check out the video to see some more ways to use the kit:

Happy National Scrapbook Day!

Today is National Scrapbook Day, and I hope you're doing something scrappy to celebrate. Or maybe you're off on an adventure like I am - making memories to be scrapbooked at a later date!

This layout was created with the Everyday Adventure Project Life Card Collection. This collection as well as a few others are not only on the retiring list, but they're also on sale (while supplies last)! That only means newer, fresher products are coming your way soon ;)

Christmas Wishes - Ornamental Pine

The Ornamental Pine stamp set has got to be one of my favourite stamp sets from this year's Holiday Catalogue. I keep using it and love it every time! I got the inspiration for today's card from Anne Power.

I love the Dictionary background stamp too - and this was the first time I tried using it on a landscape card. The background is just a bit wider than the stamp, so you need to stamp it twice. It's a little tricky, and I'd recommend using the Stamp-a-Majig unless you're daring like I am and just eyeball it ;)

Project Life Giveaway!

For all of you who love Project Life (and for those of you who are just getting started/haven't even heard of it yet), you're going to want to enter this giveaway! One lucky winner will win a complete Project Life by Stampin' Up! prize pack including every product available in the product line! You could also win one of 100 Project Life by Stampin' Up! Card & Accessory Packs. Enter here.

For your viewing pleasure, I'm also sharing a page I made last week from our summer camping trip. It was quick to put together, since I had a number of leftover photos left from another project. I love how the accessory packs coordinate with the card collections and make it super easy to put together.
To make the striped and the arrows 4x6 blocks, I inked a Whisper White paper with the Dots & Stripes Decorative Masks and one of the cut-out sheets in the Card Collection packs (shown below) just to give a little extra dimension.
