Inked Embossing Folders

Today, I'm bringing you the same card done in two different colours. The technique I used was inking the embossing folder. It brings out the pattern in a way that just gives it that extra pizzazz!

I find that the new style of ink pads are extra juicy, so they can make the effect less subtle. To keep the subtlety, I recommend tapping off the embossing folder with a paper towel before putting your cardstock in between. Yes, you might get a little inky ;)

So, which one do you like best?
